These Terms govern your use of the Krowned mobile app and services (“Service”) provided by KrownedUS LLC (“Krowned”, “we”, “our”).

1. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your account.

2. Orders, Pricing & Payments
Prices, taxes, and shipping fees are shown at checkout. Orders are offers to purchase; we may accept or refuse at our discretion. Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing information.

3. Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Refer to product pages or checkout for shipping estimates. If a return/refund policy applies, it will be displayed in-app or on our website. Certain items may be final sale for hygiene reasons (e.g., worn wigs).

4. Rewards, Referrals & Withdrawals
We may offer in-app rewards or referral programs. Program rules (qualification, accrual, expiration, prohibited conduct) are published in the app or website and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Withdrawals may require KYC verification. We may hold, freeze, or reverse rewards/withdrawals in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

5. Prohibited Activities
Do not misuse the Service, including fraud, interference with security, scraping, or violating laws or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos are owned by Krowned or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krowned is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for security/operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in ATLANTA, GA.

10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

12.  How to Delete Your Account

• In the app: Me → Settings → Delete Account (if available), or
• Email us at support@krownedus.com with subject “Delete my account.”
  We will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and personal data within 15 business days, except data we must retain for fraud prevention or legal compliance (e.g., tax, payout, and KYC records).

13.  Data Retention Details

• Order and payout records: retained for 7 years for tax/audit
• Logs and diagnostics: retained up to 12 months for security.
• You may request access or deletion via support@krownedus.com
