KrownedUS LLC (“Krowned”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides the Krowned mobile app and related services (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Account & Contact: name, email address, phone (if provided).
• Transactions: order details, payment status, payout/withdrawal information.
• Device & Usage: app version, device type, IP address, logs for security and diagnostics.
• Cookies/Web Storage on our website for basic functionality and analytics.
   

2. How We Use Information

• To create and manage your account, process orders and payments, provide rewards/referrals and withdrawals.
• To prevent fraud, secure our Service, and comply with legal obligations.
• To communicate with you about orders, updates, and support.
• To analyze and improve product performance and user experience.
   

3. Payments & Third Parties
We use Stripe to process payments and payouts. Stripe may collect and process personal data as an independent controller. Please review Stripe’s privacy policy for details. We do not store your full payment card numbers on our servers.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

• Service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support) under confidentiality obligations;

• You may update account info in the app.

7. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for users 13+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls). No method is 100% secure.

9. International Users
Your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our providers operate.

10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Major changes will be notified in-app or via email.

12.  How to Delete Your Account

• In the app: Me → Settings → Delete Account (if available), or
• Email us at support@krownedus.com with subject “Delete my account.”
  We will verify your identity and permanently delete your account and personal data within 15 business days, except data we must retain for fraud prevention or legal compliance (e.g., tax, payout, and KYC records).

13.  Data Retention Details

• Order and payout records: retained for 7 years for tax/audit
• Logs and diagnostics: retained up to 12 months for security.
